EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn't right, do let us know at sales@karomicrafts.com
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Karomi is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may initiate return or exchange of the product within 7 days of receipt of the product. Any returns or exchanges beyond 7 days will not be accepted. Please send us images of the defects in the product at sales@karomicrafts.com as soon as you open the packaging.
Please note, that our products are made with handloom and we also use natural dyes. Handcrafted products tend to have small irregularities in each piece. This is the beauty and inherent nature of a handmade product. The product will not be exchanged or return accepted if they fall in the category of irregularities.
If the garment that you ordered is not the right size for you, you may exchange the product to the correct size. In case the correct size is not available you may exchange to a different product. Any exchange on a particular transaction, including on account of size, is allowed no more than 2 times. The cost for the return of the product back to Karomi is to be borne by the buyer/customer.
Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with product tags intact, original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please exchange/return the product within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered and courier it to the following address:

REFUNDS
The approval for exchange/return will be given only after final inspection of the product once we have received it back. Karomi reserves the right to accept/reject an exchange or return after inspecting the products returned to us.
If the approval for return is accepted, the money will be refunded to your original payment account. It might take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
Not all products sold on Karomi are eligible for exchange. Please review the following list of exempt products / order categories to determine if you are eligible for a return or exchange:

Home category products are not eligible for returns or an exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.

Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

While we take best effort to ensure that the colour of the physical product that you receive is matched with the digital image on a computer screen, there will always be some variation between digital images and physical products. Therefore no exchanges will be offered on account of colour variation.
